PSD2: The Payment
The Payment Services Directive (PSD, Directive 2007/64/EC, replaced by PSD 2, Directive (EU) 2015/2366) is an EU Directive, administered by the European Commission (Directorate General Internal Market) to regulate payment services and payment service providers throughout the European Union and European Economic Area.
The Directive’s purpose was to increase pan-European competition and participation in the payments industry also from non-banks and to provide for a level playing field by harmonizing consumer protection and the rights and obligations for payment providers and users.

GDPR: your data is secure
EveryPay provides card payment-solutions for banks, companies rendering financial services, online companies as well as for wider scale settlement management. These are services aimed unexceptionally at the legal persons, i.e. companies (B2B). This means that we come across the data related to natural persons, i.e. personal data, to a very limited extent. We provide our services so that we enable the banks being our cooperation partners to render payment services to the companies through EveryPay system. The contract for e-commerce service of payment cards is concluded between the company and the bank.
